How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Dhaka takes 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka (nationwide) takes 3–5 business days via courier.

Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

Currently we ship within Bangladesh only. International shipping is coming soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track it on our Track Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter production or packing and cannot be modified. Contact us immediately at support@orifade.com.

What material are the t-shirts made from?

100% ring-spun cotton at 180 gsm. Pre-washed for a soft, broken-in feel from day one.

How do I choose the right size?

Check our Size Guide for chest, length, and shoulder measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Will the print fade after washing?

Our prints use high-quality DTF or screen printing. Wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry low to preserve print quality.

Do you restock sold-out sizes?

Most popular sizes are restocked within 2–4 weeks. Follow us on Instagram @orifadebd for restock announcements.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Custom-printed items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How do I start a return?

Email support@orifade.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — size exchanges are free on your first request. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What is the minimum order for custom designs?

There is no minimum for individual custom tees. For bulk orders (10+), you'll receive a volume discount.

How long does a custom order take?

Typically 5–10 business days depending on quantity and design complexity. Rush orders may be available — contact us.

What file format should I submit?

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF. For best results, submit vector files (SVG/PDF) or high-resolution images (300 DPI+).
