Returns & Exchanges

7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Email Us

Send your order number and reason for return to support@orifade.com within 7 days of delivery.

Get Approval

We'll review your request and send you a return confirmation within 1–2 business days.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely and ship it to our address. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund or Exchange

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days.

Eligible Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or with a printing error. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are also excluded.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. Please attach a photo when emailing us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on your first request per order. If the requested size is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit.
