1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on orifade.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice. Orders are confirmed at the price displayed at checkout.
3. Orders & Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Bangladesh. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email or message from us.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Bangladesh. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over ৳2,000. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless defective.
6. Custom Design Requests
Custom design requests are subject to review and approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee production. We will provide a quote within 48 hours. Approval and payment must be received before production begins.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, images, and text — is the property of Orifade. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Orifade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
